ZANHO has been dedicated to the R & D of cemented carbide inserts (for turning, milling, drilling, threading, high – speed feeding, etc.), solid cemented carbide round bars, cemented carbide end mills, cemented carbide drills, turning tool holders, and non – standard customized cutting tools. The ZANHO Group consists of a tungsten carbide insert factory, factories for cemented carbide end mills and drills, as well as tool stores in Dongguan, Kunshan, and Zhejiang. In our factories, we have more than five R & D and application engineers. We are equipped with CNC milling centers, CNC external grinding machines, surface grinding machines, ANCA and Walter grooving machines, projectors, and appearance inspection devices. We collaborate with the renowned coating company Oerlikon for Balzers coatings.

Our customers are engaged in industries such as the mold industry, automotive industry, aerospace industry, household appliance industry, 3C industry, and Russian military projects. Regarding ZANHO’s quality, the cemented carbide inserts can reach 80% of the world – class brands like Sandvik, Korloy, Kennametal, Iscar, Taegutec, and MITSUBISHI, and can even outperform them in some processing fields. We mainly provide OEM services and have served many direct – selling distributors of famous brands.
