Engineered with a reinforced G-type chipbreaker and multiple chip-breaking ribs, it provides exceptional stability and superior chip evacuation in carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel.   • Universal Edge Versatility: A truly common-use design where the same insert works in both the inner (central) and outer (peripheral) positions of the U-drill body.
  • High Edge Strength (G-Type): The G-series features a reinforced chamfered edge with superior impact resistance, making it suitable for drilling workpieces with light oxide scales or rough surfaces.
  • Advanced Chipbreaking Ribs: Multiple sets of chipbreaking ribs segment wide chips into short pieces, significantly improving chip evacuation and preventing hole clogging.
